Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement Officer (CEO), Roger Cook's hours:

Monday, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

CEO's duties entail; building permit applications, Sewage disposal system applications, swimming pool applications, variance applications and general enforcement of the NYS Building Code and the Town of Nelson Land Use Regulations.
